A strong foundation for our little tots
After a long, successful journey, Modern School opened its new branch in Pragati Vihar on 10th April 2008.
Modern School Pragati Vihar is the Primary Wing of Modern School, which is especially meant for our little tots, where they are given a friendly atmosphere, motherly care by teachers and a healthy environment.
The one and only aim of Modern School Pragati Vihar is the overall development of the child without any pressure. Children here are taught through various indoor and outdoor activities. They learn a lot through games: they learn sharing, and their thinking ability grows, which increases their confidence level.
Learning through activity
- Art & Craft exhibitions
- Drama and skits
- Poems recitation
- Interactive classes for language and proper pronunciation
- Spell Bee competition etc.
- Excellent sports facility
- Smart class facility
It provides exposure to the children of remote areas to the new world, thus bringing them into the mainstream and enabling their contribution to nation building.
The students celebrate various festivals like Holi, Diwali, Janmashtami, Raksha Bandhan etc. They learn moral values and the importance of celebrating festivals, and they play an active role in all these festivals.
Story-telling sessions are also held for the tiny tots, and competitions are held at regular intervals. Children play different roles while performing their stories, which helps them understand the characters easily.
Beautiful art and craft work is also done by the students, which becomes the centre of attraction for parents when displayed in the Art and Craft exhibition.
Besides studies, we prepare our children to become good citizens of India, as the future of our nation lies within these little children. Modern School Pragati Vihar tries its level best to polish all the students and provide good gems to our nation.
